What is the pre-booking system via Whatsapp?
It is an automated system that allows you to request a taxi automatically. The data required for a correct recording of the service:
1. Name
2. Pick-up address (Write or send your location)
3. Destination address
4. Pick-up date and time
5. Number of passengers (for more than 6 passengers, contact +34 93 429 33 00)
6. Additional comments that may assist us in the pick-up.
7. Confirm the service.
Important: If you have special requirements, such as a low or high taxi, child seat, etc., contact us by phone at +34 93 429 33 00.
How do I know if the reservation has been made correctly?
You will receive, once the request has been successfully completed, all the information registered for the service. Please read this information carefully. If it is incorrect, please contact us by phone at +34 93 429 33 00.
Can I make any other type of inquiry via Whatsapp?
NO.

Is the reservation confirmed?
The registration of a reservation does not guarantee its fulfillment. The taxi service is subject to the availability of taxis in the area minutes before the requested time. Please consult our service terms and conditions at

You can view, obtain, and review service/taxi status updates for this reservation 10 minutes before the pick-up time by clicking on the link provided after our correct confirmation of your pre-booking registration.
You can also check taxi availability or call your taxi on the way. In case of doubt about the confirmation of an ongoing service, contact us by phone at +34 93 429 33 00 providing the service ID received.

What is the service ID?
It is the identifier assigned to your service, a 7-digit number provided in the pre-booking registration confirmation.
This number allows us to consult or make changes to the service status when you contact our team of operators by phone at +34 93 429 33 00.
Can I cancel my service?
You can cancel the service as long as there is no taxi on the way. You can view, obtain, and review service/taxi status updates for this reservation 10 minutes before the pick-up time by clicking on the link provided after our correct confirmation of your pre-booking registration.
You have the "Cancel" button to proceed with the cancellation.
Why can't I cancel a service?
Services with a confirmed, assigned, or on-the-way taxi cannot be canceled through the application. Please contact our team of operators as soon as possible by phone at +34 93 429 33 00.
