CENTRAL RESERVATIONS FOR TAXIS IN BARCELONA.
It is considered a mediation company for contracting taxi services, in accordance with DECREE 314/2016, of November 8, which establishes the specific conditions for contracting and marketing taxi services and the legal framework for mediation activities.
These Terms of Use (hereinafter, "Terms") establish the rules governing the use by the passenger (hereinafter, "User") of the services contained on www.central.taxi.org.es (hereinafter, "WEB"), owned by CENTRAL RESERVATIONS FOR TAXIS IN BARCELONA – VIP TAXI S.L. (hereinafter, "Company").

ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS
Before accessing the services, both telephone and those contained on the "WEB", you must expressly accept these terms. If you do not accept the "Terms", you will not be able to access the services contained on the "WEB".
By formalizing your service request through any of the service request channels available at the "Company", you confirm that you have read, understand, and accept these terms. Additionally, you confirm that you have the legal capacity and authority necessary to accept these general terms on your own behalf and/or on behalf of your companions. Therefore, you must notify us of any modifications or cancellations on your part.
Acceptance of the "Terms" means that you are legally bound by them. Therefore, WE ASK YOU TO READ THESE "TERMS" CAREFULLY before accepting them.
WITHDRAWAL
Both you and the "Company" may terminate these "Terms" and the services contained on the "WEB" immediately without the need to state any reason.
The "Company" may modify these "Terms" when it deems appropriate. The modifications will be effective upon their publication on the "Company's" website and will be deemed accepted by the "User" upon the first use of the "Company's" services through any of its channels, whether telephone or those contained on the "WEB" and "APP", with consent being understood as granted.
By formalizing your reservation, you confirm that you have read, understand, and accept these terms. You also confirm that you have the legal capacity and authority necessary to accept these general terms on your own behalf and/or on behalf of your companions. Therefore, you will be responsible for making the appropriate payments, you must notify us of any modifications or cancellations, and you must, upon receiving the reservation confirmation, inform the other travelers.
PROVISION OF THE TELEPHONE SERVICE – CALL CENTER
The "Company" provides a telephone service through several mediation phone numbers to connect the "User" with the Taxi Driver "Provider" for the management of immediate services and pre-reservations 365/24 (with modification, cancellation, adaptation of the service) directly connected through operator radios with a plurality of taxi drivers, so that the "User" can connect as quickly as possible with the taxi driver who can perform the transport.
SERVICES INCLUDED ON THE "WEB"
To use the services of the "WEB", the "User" must register by providing identification data. The data must be true, accurate, and belong to the "User". Only adults or minors with authorization from their legal guardian may register.
Once registered, the "User" will have access to the non-transferable use of the "WEB" free of charge, through which they can request a taxi. The "WEB" will contact the nearest taxi driver, to whom the "User's" location will be provided. If the taxi driver accepts the request, the "User's" identification data will be sent to them. Once the service is accepted by the taxi driver, any anomaly that may occur (delays, no-show, etc.) will be the sole responsibility of the taxi driver.
The "WEB" provides exclusively and free of charge a mediation service between the "User" and the taxi driver. Therefore, this exclusive service does not include any other, and in particular: (i) internet connections (ii) contracting and payment of the transport service (iii) passenger transport contract between the taxi driver and the "User" (iv). For claim purposes, the "User" will be provided with the taxi driver's data in order to make the relevant claim to them.
PROVISION OF THE SERVICE
The "WEB" is directly connected or through operator radios with a plurality of taxi drivers, so that the "User" can connect as quickly as possible with the taxi driver who can perform the transport.
The mediation activity is limited to connecting the "User" with the taxi driver, so it does not carry out any transport service contracting on its own behalf. Therefore, the "User" is not guaranteed that there will always be taxis available to perform the requested service. Although it is expected that the "WEB" will be in permanent operation, the "Company" does not guarantee the "User" that availability will be uninterrupted.

MINIMUM PRICES FOR TAXI SERVICES – CALL CENTER / WEB RADIO SERVICE – Menu Services
Taxi Service:
Minimum Radio Fee: 25 €, taxis may arrive charging 10 € to the pickup area
with pickup origin in Barcelona. The minimum amount is previously offered by the Operator or Web System to the user, who, by accepting the service confirmation, accepts the minimum price conditions offered by the radio.
Cost of service abandonment or cancellation by the "User" when the service is being dispatched (taxi on the way):
Minimum radio fee applies: 10 €
IMPORTANT: The "User" may receive, after our assessment, an SMS, email, or call to pay the minimum fare for the taxi service. Failure to pay this amount will result in the cancellation of any of our services to the "User", exercising our right of admission to the taxi service in future requests. All taxi drivers apply AMB rates during the journey through the taximeter.
MINIMUM PRICES FOR APP SERVICE:
Taximeter Price Service: The aforementioned Radio prices apply.
Fixed Price Service: Predefined price, mandatory to enter Origin and Destination for the calculation. Includes 5 minutes of waiting at the pickup point. Does not allow intermediate stops or changes of origin/destination, parcel service, or services with pets. Minimum service fee: 10€. AMB fixed prices apply. SERVICE CANCELLATIONS
If the "User" decides to cancel a service after it has been accepted by the taxi driver, the taxi driver may act in accordance with the current legislation on reservation cancellations.
AUTOMATIC SERVICE CANCELLATION
The system may automatically cancel any type of service requested through any request channel when no taxis are found in the area willing to perform the service, whether it is an immediate service or a pre-reservation. Communication is made via a phone call to the provided number, after a maximum of 15 minutes from the requested time or the time set in a pre-reservation. RESPONSIBILITIES
The "Company" will only be liable for damages caused by the installation of the "WEB" on the "User's" device, except for those arising from force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. It will not be responsible for the loss of the "User's" data, which, for any reason, may result from the operation of the application, as it is the "User's" obligation to make the corresponding backup.
The "Company", to the best of its ability and with due diligence, will ensure that the taxi drivers who have accepted the service requested by the "User" respect the rights of the "Users" and fulfill the obligations imposed on them. To this end, the "User", in the event of any breach by the taxi driver, may request the "Company" to provide the necessary data so that they respect the rights recognized to consumers and users and fulfill the obligations imposed on them.
As a mediator, the "Company" will not be liable for the fact that the selected taxi driver does not provide the mediated service in whole or in part or does so with delay or does not show up to provide the taxi transport service, whether requested through any of the available channels (Phone, WEB, or APP).
The misuse of the "WEB" by third parties, using the "User's" application, will not be the responsibility of the "Company".
RIGHT OF ADMISSION
The Provider (Taxi Driver) has the right to refuse to transport any person who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Neither we nor any of our Providers accept any responsibility for additional expenses incurred by the "USER" as a result of such behavior.
The consumption of alcohol and narcotic substances is strictly prohibited in the vehicles. Smoking is not allowed inside the vehicles.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content such as texts, layouts, trademarks, graphics, images, subdomains, and software used on the website "taxi.org.es" are the exclusive property of the "Company", and the "User" is prohibited from copying, modifying, or altering them, including accessing, using, or storing personal data that may be accessed through the application.
APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
CENTRAL RESERVATIONS FOR TAXIS IN BARCELONA – VIP TAXI S.L. is not affiliated with the voluntary dispute resolution process of the European Commission.
These General Terms and Conditions, as well as any relationship between the "Company" and the "User", will be governed by Spanish law. For any litigious matter arising from the existence, content, and/or interpretation of these General Terms and Conditions or any relationship between the "Company" and the "User", both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the city of Barcelona.
The "Company" reserves the right to make changes at any time to its Website, as well as to these General Terms and Conditions.
