Communication of the conditions of provision in contracted taxi services.
The mediation company complies with the current rates for the year 2025 and the applicable regulations derived from them.
The service provision parameters subject to communication are as follows:
Minimum amount for a service: 25 €

Pickup fee: 10 €

Service cancellation fee: 10 €
We adequately inform users of these service provision conditions.
We apply these conditions to any type of service throughout the year 2025, regardless of its characteristics.
The mediation company has completed the prior communication process with the Metropolitan Taxi Institute, with registration number 2020-4884, in accordance with the provisions of Decree 314/2016 of November 8 of the Generalitat of Catalonia.
The mediation company maintains a record of services performed, including date and time, as well as origin and destination.
The service records are kept for one year from the date of service provision, allowing access to them by the Metropolitan Taxi Institute.
Authorizes
The Metropolitan Taxi Institute to verify the data with other administrations or organizations to verify compliance with the required conditions, which may be verified during their validity.
